My journey started remotely and moved quickly over roughly a two-week period. I had a sequence of three rounds, each about an hour, with different members of the team. The conversations were mostly behavioral, with an emphasis on culture and personality fit, and the process felt pretty organized end to end.

At the same time, I remember technical evaluation being threaded in as well. The panel format tested my knowledge using topic-level prompts rather than coding puzzles, and it also alternated with behavioral questions so the interviewers could judge both how I thought and how I worked with people.
