I started with a recruiter phone call that lasted about 30 minutes. Roughly a week later, I went into an on-site interview that took about two hours. The day felt structured and fairly low-stress, but it still covered substance: there were technical questions alongside a heavier set of behavioral questions.
After that second round, I waited close to five days before I heard anything back, and that delay was the only part that felt even slightly drawn out. Overall, the process felt smooth and manageable, and I walked away feeling like they understood what I could do and how I’d fit.

Honestly, a few prompts didn’t even track with what I’d written or the role they were hiring for—one question about customer experience didn’t match a lab science position.
I also left the call disturbed by how the salary conversation was handled, since the stated range felt misleading versus the actual budget for the job. There was also no chance for me to ask questions at the end, which made the whole experience feel closed off rather than conversational. I ultimately didn’t move forward, and the entire screen left a very negative impression.
