J’ai vécu un début de process qui semblait standard, puis une vraie cassure à l’étape RH et surtout au moment de l’entretien avec le manager. Avec la RH, ça s’est bien passé : j’ai trouvé les échanges fluides et plutôt posés. En revanche, l’entretien avec le manager a été frustrant.
J’ai eu l’impression que le manager découvrait mon CV pendant l’échange, alors que tout laissait penser qu’il l’avait déjà lu. Son attitude m’a donné le sentiment d’être prise de haut, et l’entretien s’est terminé très vite dès que j’ai indiqué la ville où je résidais. Ça m’a donné une sensation d’évaluation expéditive.

Après un premier échange avec la Talent Acquisition, j’ai enchaîné avec un entretien “soft skills”. L’ambiance est restée professionnelle et bienveillante, et j’ai vraiment eu une impression de transparence sur ce qu’ils attendaient pour le poste. On m’a aussi parlé de la posture à tenir côté consultant/PMO, du contexte client, et de la façon dont la montée en compétences était envisagée.
Le point qui m’a le plus marqué a été le dernier entretien, plus approfondi, où on m’a demandé de présenter un cas pratique de gestion de projet. Les questions et le cadre étaient clairs, et le process donnait une bonne visibilité sur la rémunération ainsi que sur les perspectives. Globalement, je me suis senti écouté, avec un dialogue constructif plutôt que des échanges “pièges”.
