Average Positive Prague

My process felt unusually fast and organized once it started. A recruiter reached out, then I did the OA, and the very next day I got two back-to-back interview sessions. They managed to fit all four rounds into two days, and I heard back the following Monday, which made the whole thing feel surprisingly quick.

Each round was one hour, and every technical round followed a similar pattern: the interviewer would introduce themselves, I’d share my experience, then there was a live coding segment with situational Q&A. Most of the live coding tasks were short and approachable—pseudo-code was acceptable, and the interviewer even leaned into what languages were allowed except for a React-focused task. The last ten minutes of each round were mostly questions from me, while earlier time was a mix of the coding work plus conversations about my projects, tech interests, and how I thought.
