Average Positive France

After a recruiter call, about a week later I had a technical-focused interview with an ESN-style setup, before moving on to a final interview with the client side at Michelin. Across the process, the early conversations were centered on my background—academics and prior experience—then the discussion narrowed to what really mattered for the project.

In the operational conversations, I talked through the need, the business context, the solution direction, and the experiences that were most relevant. Then came a more technical video/meeting where the interviewer went into the stack I’d worked with—Java, Spring, Kafka, and Angular were specifically mentioned. The overall difficulty felt average: structured, fairly standard, and not overly trick-based, but still attentive to alignment with what Michelin was looking for.
