I only had two interviews in total—first with a recruiter and then with a manager. The conversations themselves were part of a normal process, but what I kept thinking about afterward was how the collaboration between Germany and Romania seemed to be handled. I didn’t feel like the working reality was described with enough honesty and transparency.
In particular, I walked away feeling that the German side treated the Romanian side like secondary support, and that attitude came through in how expectations and collaboration were framed. The overall tone I perceived was a mix of superiority, sarcasm, and a bullying vibe, which was hard to reconcile with the professional nature of the interviews.

Easy Positive Frankfurt am Main
My first touch with the company was an HR screening call that felt more like a formality than a real discussion. The conversation was friendly, but it had the vibe of filling out a questionnaire live, and it barely got into what the role would actually involve. The call stretched to about an hour anyway, so I walked away feeling like I hadn’t learned much about the job itself.
Later, communication didn’t match the seriousness of the process I expected. I’d gotten in contact through a career fair and followed up repeatedly over the span of months without hearing back from HR about timeline or next steps. It was honestly disappointing because everything about my background suggested I should’ve at least received a basic recruiting update.
