I cold-applied on LinkedIn and then heard back through a straightforward HR round. That recruiter conversation was followed by another round with a software engineer/manager, and the whole thing felt pretty smooth and easy to navigate.
From start to finish it took about two weeks. The interviews didn’t feel especially drawn-out or overly stressful, and the vibe was just “get through the conversations, answer clearly, and move on.” I ultimately didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt organized and efficient.

My interview process felt structured right from the start, with two distinct rounds that covered both behavioral and a technical/fit angle. The behavioral conversation was fairly natural and conversational, but I still had to explain my experiences, what I was motivated by, and how I think through problems, with follow-up questions that probed how self-aware and thoughtful my answers really were.
After that, the technical/fit round leaned less on memorized trick questions and more on how I approach systems and tradeoffs, along with how I’d apply data science and engineering ideas in real-world contexts. I liked that the interviewers seemed genuinely engaged and asked questions that sounded like they matched what the program actually expected.
