I applied through the Meta careers site and then moved into an online assessment pipeline. There was an interest form where I had to explain why I wanted to do Business Engineering, and after that I took a CodeSignal-style OA. The timing felt a bit odd at first: the biggest gap was between the OA and the first interview round, and then everything after that moved in a steadier rhythm, with about a week or so between stages.

My interviews after the OA ended up split between technical and behavioral. The technical part landed as LeetCode-style questions focused on data structures and algorithms, and the difficulty stepped up slightly—my second round had a tougher mix while still staying within the LeetCode framing. The behavioral component was centered on how I’d worked with others and how I approached situations, with enough structure that it didn’t feel random.
