Average Positive India

My first interview step was fully AI-driven, and it mainly felt like it was pulling straight from my resume. I had a focused session where the AI asked about my work experience, the tech stack I’d listed, and details tied to my projects and skills. It also made it clear that I needed to be consistent with what I claimed on my resume—if I hadn’t genuinely done something, that gap would show up fast in the questions.

The tone surprised me because it didn’t feel like a cold interrogation. It came across more like a discussion where I could walk through what I’d actually built and how the skills connected to the work I wrote down. The time window stayed around the same ballpark—roughly twenty minutes—and the difficulty landed in the average range for me.

Difficult Positive New York, NY

My AI interview felt more like a normal conversation than a formality. The questions were based on my resume, and the difficulty landed on the tougher side for me—yet the prompts themselves felt solid, not random. I remember thinking the questions were on par with what I’d expect from a human interviewer, not generic screening.

It was still fully AI, but the level of challenge came from how closely it tested what I’d written: experience details, project context, and the technical points implied by my background. The interaction didn’t drag, but it wasn’t easy either.
