Easy Positive Minneapolis, MN

I started with an initial HireVue screening, then I moved into short live interviews. The whole thing felt pretty straightforward: it wasn’t overly complicated, and the conversations stayed mostly focused on behavioral fit plus practical technical skills.

In the later round, I was asked to walk through specific projects I’d done using tools like Excel and also mentioned other analytics environments. The interviewers kept it fairly approachable and professional, with the emphasis on how I’d handled problems rather than obscure trivia. I still had to be ready to explain my experience clearly and connect it to the role.

Average Negative Lisbon, Lisbon District

My interviews didn’t feel like a clean, well-managed pipeline, and that affected the way the whole experience landed for me. I was reached out to via LinkedIn even though I hadn’t initially applied, and then scheduling immediately became a problem: the interviewer missed the first scheduled call and didn’t get back to me for several days.

The second call actually went fine, but the follow-through never matched the momentum. I was led to believe I’d receive feedback—especially about the salary range—and that I’d get more recruitment tests, but I never received any of that. Instead, the process felt unorganized and slow in the worst way.
