Average Neutral Hong Kong

My journey started with a phone conversation with HR, then I moved to another call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a more involved final stage where I met additional line managers and a head, so by the end it felt like I’d connected with a pretty wide slice of the organization.

Across the rounds, the discussions stayed thoughtful and fairly controlled. I wasn’t just asked for generic background—I had to talk through how my knowledge translated into the work. The technical side leaned into real concepts, and in my case it included statistics-focused questions and topics around annuities, where I had to be confident with the fundamentals and handle trickier follow-ups.

Difficult Neutral Australia

My process dragged on more than I expected, with a long turnaround and several distinct steps. It started with an online application that felt selective, then I moved into online testing. After that, I had a video interview combined with a phone screen.

The final stage was the most demanding part. I was asked to do a case study as part of the final round and then also went through another interview conversation. At every stage, the overall structure made it feel like they were trying to filter carefully and then go deep with the people who made it through.
