Average Neutral Hong Kong

I went through a more traditional, manager-led sequence. The first round was a phone conversation with HR, followed by a call with the line manager. The final stage was onsite and ended up being a deeper round with another line manager and the head.

What surprised me in a good way was how helpful HR was in keeping the process moving and guiding me through what to expect next. The interviews themselves felt fairly direct and structured around fit and how I’d performed in relevant work. Overall, the difficulty landed around average for me—nothing felt completely out of left field.

Difficult Neutral Australia

I went through a more drawn-out process that felt selective from the start. After the initial application, I was given an online testing round, which came before a video interview and phone screen. It all happened over a long turnaround, with multiple steps to get through rather than a quick loop.

The part that stuck with me most was how the final stage played out. I had a final round case study plus an additional interview, which made the end feel quite heavy. Even with all the structure, I didn’t get the smooth communication I expected—scheduling got messy, and there was a sense things weren’t fully aligned. By the time everything was over, the experience felt disappointing relative to the company’s size, mainly because I didn’t receive clear feedback or a proper closure.
