My process started with what looked like multiple online screening formats rather than a single live conversation. I went through an OA-style component with live and automated elements, including an asynchronous recorded interview where the system prompted questions and I recorded video responses. After that, I completed a live, face-to-face video conversation over a platform like Zoom or Teams.

The experience was hard to characterize in terms of difficulty because I only saw high-level descriptions of the stages—coding, technical skills, and cognitive reasoning in the OA, then video responses, then a live recruiter/hiring manager chat. Still, the main surprise was how much of the process centered on self-recorded responses instead of only live back-and-forth.
