Easy Positive Suffolk, VA

Recruiter outreach ended up being fairly low-friction for me. After a quick intro, the process moved into a straightforward conversation where I talked through what I’d be doing and what the team expected day to day. I also had an earlier, big referral in the background, which made the whole start feel easy and familiar.

The technical part wasn’t brutal, but it was real. I was asked questions tied closely to the job description and pulled in programming topics where my background could be verified—things like confirming experience with specific lower-level work (including assembly-related depth) and walking through what I’d done before. In one flow, I went from a get-to-know-you style intro straight into a more technical video call with leadership-level interviewers.
