Difficult Negative Chennai

My process felt intense and very project-driven from the start. After the initial application and shortlisting stage, I went through an OA-style step followed by technical interviews where they pushed deep into my past work—almost to the level of checking whether I really understood the details rather than just the high-level story.

In the technical discussions, they went question-by-question about what I had done, repeatedly zooming in on the specifics of the projects. They also probed my knowledge on the ML side and asked for every detail they could. The atmosphere wasn’t about quick wins; it was about whether I could reason through the work and explain it thoroughly.

Average Positive India

I went through a fairly straightforward, three-round journey. The first rounds were technical, and the last round shifted into a managerial conversation. The whole thing felt like they were trying to see if my coding and problem-solving were solid, then confirm how I’d operate in a more people-and-process focused discussion.

For the technical parts, I did a self-introduction and talked through my programming background and prior roles in detail—what I actually owned, what responsibilities I handled, and why I was making a career change. They also asked questions about my longer-term plans, plus my other skills and how my experience fit the work they were hiring for.
