Average Negative Thessaloníki, Western Macedonia

My process took about 20 days end to end, and it felt unusually segmented. It started with HR calls—first by phone for an initial screening, and then again via Teams where there were algorithmic exercises. I moved to another platform for additional JavaScript exercises that lasted quite a while, and then there was more HR coordination where the role details shifted during the process.

Eventually I reached a technical interview that went really well. The manager told me I’d get an answer the following week, positive or negative, which gave me some confidence. After that, nothing came for weeks, and by the time I looked back it had been three weeks with no update from HR. Overall the experience felt negative mostly because of the lack of communication after a promising technical round.

Average Positive Cairo, Cairo Governorate

My interview process was fast and pretty smooth. It started with an HR interview that included a few technical questions, then I went through two online assessments—one technical and one focused on IQ.

After those, there was a technical interview and then an interview with the manager. I passed the earlier stages and at that point everything came down to the manager round being the final step. Even though there wasn’t an offer at the end, the experience itself felt organized and easy to follow.
