My experience revolved around the later stages—things technically went fine, but the ending fell apart due to stalled communication. I joined a weekend drive where it took the whole day to complete everything: three rounds that included algorithms and data structures, then software architecture/design, and finally questions about my projects. After clearing those, I had an HR meeting where the conversation included why I was leaving and then salary discussion. Once salary was finalized, HR told me they would release the offer letter that evening.

Instead, the offer never arrived. I kept reaching out and HR didn’t respond properly for repeated attempts, and eventually I was told my candidature was put on hold. That contradiction—being told an offer letter was coming right after the salary call—made the experience feel especially disrespectful. What made it worse was that after a few days, I got called again for an interview for the same position, like the whole decision-making loop had no closure.
