Difficult Positive Gurgaon, Haryana

The process I went through felt demanding from the start and pushed pretty hard on technical capability. After I got invited to the office, I went through rounds that combined technical questions with HR-style check-ins. The most stressful element was that I was asked to write an SOP based on the questions they had given me, and then I used that work as the basis for the subsequent technical round.

Across the interviews, I remember they took a “show your process” approach. Even when the questions weren’t immediately solvable, the point was how I worked through them rather than rushing to an answer. One of the stages mixed in brain-teaser style questions alongside technical thinking, and I had to keep my logic consistent.

I got an email with the interview timing and details just a day ahead, which made the scheduling feel efficient but also a little tight. The interview itself was about forty-five minutes, and the panelist joined right on schedule. They were clearly very experienced, and the whole thing felt smooth and professional from start to finish.

In terms of difficulty, it didn’t feel chaotic or adversarial—more like a focused conversation with someone who knew exactly what they were looking for. I walked away feeling the process was well run, and even though I didn’t get a detailed breakdown of topics afterward, the overall experience struck me as polished and dependable.
