My process started with an online MCQ-style assessment, and it set the pace for everything that followed. After that, I had an AI-proctored technical interview where I answered questions while being monitored. It was very elimination-focused, and the overall feeling was that they were checking fundamentals before moving me along.
A couple days later, I went into a technical interview on Teams. The format felt structured—programming fundamentals and how I approached problem-solving, plus topics that aligned with what I had on my résumé. In the versions I experienced, the technical rounds leaned on Java-style fundamentals and core engineering concepts, and one later technical discussion shifted toward AWS basics and common services. When I reached the final HR step, it was relatively straightforward and centered on fit: my career goals and general preferences.

Average Neutral Hyderābād
My process felt fairly smooth, and it followed a clear sequence. I had multiple technical rounds—three in total—where two were with the company and one was a client-facing discussion. After those, I went into an HR conversation in person.
The technical rounds were challenging but grounded in real skills. The interviewers asked about core engineering fundamentals alongside applied problem-solving, and the difficulty level felt consistent across the technical sessions rather than random. By the time I reached the client discussion, it was more about explaining my thinking and aligning it with practical needs.
