My process for the Hyderabad GCC felt unusually time-heavy right away. I had to sit for about five hours, and it was only for two rounds. The pace inside that window was hard to read, but what really stuck with me was the timing: my second round started at around 11 PM while I was still in the office.
Even though I answered the questions correctly during the round, the result still ended in a rejection. It was frustrating because the effort and patience I spent didn’t match the decision I received, especially after getting through everything they asked of me.

Average Positive United States
I ended up having a really positive experience through the earlier stages. From the recruiter/scheduling flow to the behavioral discussion, everything felt relatively fast. I didn’t get that stretched-out, dragged feeling that can happen with hiring loops.
The interviewers were genuinely nice, and the overall setup felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. I walked away feeling like I’d learned something from how they approached the discussion, even though the process was moving quickly.
