Interviewing at LivaNova
What the process looks like, and what LivaNova is really testing for.
LivaNova uses a structured interview process with multiple interview types, and it emphasizes keeping you informed about your status. Across roles, the loop includes initial screening, one or more in-depth interview segments, and often in-person or panel-style rounds with multiple stakeholders.
What gets tested most heavily is not just technical execution. The top-prevalence topics include interpersonal communication and leadership, project management and clinical project management, and technical skills like financial statement analysis, case studies or pre-interview assignments, regulatory or compliance guidelines (including FDA guidelines), data analysis, and additional domain fundamentals where relevant.
Be ready for collaborative problem solving. The process includes in-depth discussions with team members and management to evaluate how you work through problems with others, plus stakeholder interviews that can include finance managers and HR representatives. Also note that the candidate reports show an offer rate of 0.0%, so your goal should be to perform strongly on each step rather than counting on outcomes based on historical loop results.
The single most useful non-obvious fact is how strongly the process weights communication and leadership alongside technical work. Your case study or assignment and technical topics matter, but interpersonal communication, clear communication, and project management skills are among the most prominent topics in the dataset.
