After a recruiter-style conversation, I moved through a structured set of rounds that felt pretty professional and detail oriented. My first real interviews focused on my background and how well I understood the Account Executive role, but the people I spoke with also took time to explain what they were looking for and gave me space to ask questions about the company and the position.
The process involved speaking with multiple managers, and the conversations had a “prove it” tone—still respectful, but clearly meant to see how I thought on my feet. At one point I sat with a state manager and a supervisor plus HR, and the discussion ran close to an hour. I remember leaving that round feeling like I genuinely wanted to join the team, and the feedback afterward was described as positive.

Average Negative Weybridge, England
My interview started with web calls, then shifted into a more formal in-person meeting. I ended up with three rounds total: two video/web sessions—one with HR and one with the team head—and a face-to-face round where the team head and line manager were involved. The format felt standard and organized, even though the waiting time across the overall process ended up being quite long.
The kinds of questions stayed on familiar territory for a sales/account role. I introduced myself, talked through strengths and weaknesses, and explained why I was interested in the post and why I left my previous job. The atmosphere was fairly straightforward; it didn’t feel like tricks so much as a check that my story made sense and aligned with what the role actually required.
