This role requires a unique blend of consultative selling, deep empathy for sales leaders, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Because your prospects are VPs of Sales, Sales Operations leaders, and CEOs, you must possess a high level of sales acumen and credibility. You will be expected to run highly strategic discovery sessions, demonstrate how gamification drives business outcomes, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
