I applied online for the account executive role and shortly after got an interview invite. The process ended up being several rounds—four interviews—followed by an invitation to a final interview. I also remember the scheduling moment standing out: the recruiter accidentally sent another candidate’s resume and then canceled my final interview without any real warning.
What made it feel especially rough was the length and the silence. Even though the overall interview time I spent ended up being only about two hours (not counting prep), the process stretched for roughly two weeks, and the final step was canceled with no communication, no feedback, and no explanation. When I reached back out to ask what was happening, I was told to “stay tuned.” After all of that, I received a generic not selected email. It honestly left me feeling like their process isn’t very respectful of candidates’ time.
