Average Positive Chennai

After I got through the initial screening, the rest of the process felt pretty smooth and intentionally not overly deep on narrow specialization. I spoke with a hiring panel that kept the conversation grounded in my background and how I would fit with the team, and I remember it being emphasized that they wanted someone who could stay and work well long term. The questions were still thoughtful, but the vibe was less about trick technical depth and more about whether my experience matched what they were building and how I worked day to day.

The interviews moved into a more interactive style where we talked through my projects and also walked through scenarios. One round asked me to explain what caused a product failure after being shown a situation, and they followed up with back-and-forth questions as I reasoned out what happened. I also got a mix of fundamentals and broader tech coverage coming from my resume, including topics like OOPs and areas such as OS, DSA, DBMS, plus some exposure questions around AI and cloud.

Difficult Positive Chennai

My process felt more structured and tougher than the average loop. I went through three main interview rounds—technical, managerial, and then one with leadership/director. The technical portion mixed technical and functional questions focused on Hybris, so it wasn’t just generic theory; they were checking whether I could connect concepts to real work.

After that, the managerial round switched into scenario-style questions that were more interactive, with a lot of discussion around analytical thinking, teamwork, and how I’d handle different situations. The director round came last, and by then I felt like the bar was clearly set for both competence and how I would collaborate.
