My process was simple and pretty well organized. I had one phone call round followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. The questions were clear and tied to relevant experience and skills, and the whole thing felt efficient rather than dragging.
I wasn’t hit with a lot of surprises during the conversation, and I liked that the focus stayed on what I’d done and how I’d approach the work. The experience ended with an offer, and overall it felt like a smooth, coordinated process from start to finish.

I started at campus or a career-center setting, and the early stages felt very grounded in behavioral alignment. First there was a call where they gave role and company context and asked behavioral questions, and then I moved into an in-person conversation at a campus career location. That part focused on matching my skills to what the team needed, mostly through behavioral questions.
In the process I went through, the flow made it clear they were separating “fit” from “skills.” After the behavioral/intro piece, I had a more technical-focused round that was described as purely technical, and it reinforced that they weren’t trying to hide the fact they wanted deeper knowledge after the first impression.
