After a recruiter reach-out, the process quickly turned into a structured loop that felt pretty business-focused. I had a technical screen centered on my resume and my past work—mostly to understand how my experience mapped to the role. The interviewer also kept steering me back to how I think and how I explain what I did before, rather than trying to trick me with obscure topics.

A short time later, I went into an HR conversation that felt straightforward and mostly procedural. Salary discussion and formalities came up, and the bigger theme was my attitude throughout the process—how I communicated, how I handled the conversation, and whether I came across as professional and thoughtful. The technical part stayed resume-based too; when questions landed, they were tied to practical troubleshooting and how I’d handle something like user access/login issues, including determining whether an account was locked or unlocked.
