Average Positive Brazil

My recruiter call came first, followed by a take-home coding exercise. After I submitted it, I had a technical interview where we went through my solution and talked through the choices I made. A lot of the focus was on how deep my Rust knowledge really went—enough to justify the decisions, not just to arrive at a working answer.

Once the assessment debrief wrapped up, I moved into systems-level questions and a final conversation with the hiring side. That last step leaned more toward architecture and scaling, and it felt like a practical discussion about how the work fits together. The pace was reasonably smooth end to end, and the people I spoke with were candid and friendly throughout. I didn’t end up getting an offer in my round, but the overall experience felt well organized, with no awkward surprises.
