Average Neutral Toronto, ON

I applied through a referral and went through a short sequence of rounds. The recruiter screen was friendly and seemed to go well, with follow-up questions that made it feel like the conversation actually engaged my background. A day later I also had an HR screening where I talked through why I wanted the role and where my interest in digital consulting came from.

After that, the remaining round(s) felt oddly light on the technical or AI topics I expected. One round even skipped the market sizing element due to time, and overall the difficulty stayed in the “moderate” lane—more about motivation and general fit than proving deep technical depth.

Average Neutral London, England

After applying, I filled out an online application with a cover letter, and then HR reached out to schedule an initial screening. That first call was pretty straightforward—mostly “tell me about yourself,” why I wanted the role and the company, and general questions to understand my background.

From there, the process moved into meeting people from the team. I had interviews that felt more conversational and team-focused, with a couple of behavioral discussions back-to-back. I remember the overall pace feeling quick, and the interviewers kept it friendly. There was also a design-style component mixed in, including a challenge that wasn’t framed like the typical consulting brainteaser case.

Communication & Feedback

Candidates frequently expressed disappointment over the lack of constructive feedback and clarity at the end of the process, often receiving automated rejection emails. This lack of closure can leave candidates feeling uncertain about their performance.
