My process took about a month, and it stayed pretty clean and professional from the recruiter screen through the later rounds. I started with a recruiter conversation, then moved into interviews with sales leadership where they came across as true subject-matter experts. Those discussions stayed focused on how I’d approach pipeline and the way I handled opportunities.

In the manager stages, I talked through discovery and objection handling, and I got pulled into deal-story style questions—what I’d done, how I’d explained value, and how I’d respond when the prospect pushback came. There was also a more structured evaluation element where I had to prepare and explain ROI and make arguments that could hold up when challenged. I felt like clarity mattered, but I also had to be flexible and respond to different lines of questioning.
