After a recruiter-style intro into the company, I had a hiring-manager round where it started with a quick introduction of the company and then I introduced myself. The manager pulled up my resume and walked through my background, including whether I’d had experience debugging programs. The vibe was pretty relaxed overall—more of a conversation than a grilling, and the questions stayed anchored to what was already on my resume.
After that intro, the process felt well-structured and straightforward. I went through behavioral questions about my past experiences, how I’d worked with others, and how I’d approached problem-solving. Then I hit the technical part: a problem-solving question plus a LeetCode-style coding question. The interviewer was clear about what they expected and gave me time to think through the solution out loud, which helped me stay calm.

Difficult Positive Bengaluru
My process was described to me as a multi-stage path: an initial screening, then technical assessments or a case-study style evaluation, followed by multiple behavioral rounds. Those behavioral conversations were aimed at understanding cultural fit, problem-solving approach, and overall skill alignment before the final hiring decision.
Even though the actual content of each individual prompt wasn’t detailed in what I was told, the overall feel matched the difficulty rating—it sounded more rigorous than a simple chat-and-coding flow. I ended up not receiving an offer, and the process overall left me with the sense that they were looking for a very specific combination of problem-solving and fit before moving to the decision.
