My process felt longer and more awkward than it needed to be. It started with a brief phone screening with the recruiter, and then I went in for an in-office second interview. That part was quick and mostly felt like they were walking me through what they were looking for.
The final interview was what really threw me off. It was scheduled at a restaurant chosen by the interviewer, and the location was much farther from where I lived. When I got there, the meeting itself ended with them saying they were still reviewing candidates, like the conversation could’ve happened just as easily over Zoom or Teams. The scheduling and timing made the whole thing feel inefficient and a little inconsiderate of my time.
