My process felt long but organized in a simple way. I started with a recruiter call, then moved into an online assessment, followed by a call with the hiring manager, and then a roughly four-hour onsite. Even though it was only one onsite, it dragged enough that I remember thinking it would’ve felt better split up or handled more asynchronously.

Across the technical parts, there wasn’t anything that felt completely surprising: there was a mix of coding work and follow-up conversations. I ended up having multiple discussions with different people before the onsite wrapped.

The process started with a take-home assignment, and after I submitted it, a recruiter reached out to do screening. The screening was pretty general, focused on things like who I was and why I was interested in the role.

I remember having the option between a take-home challenge or live coding for the assessment, and I chose the take-home route. That made the technical part feel like it could be worked through thoughtfully rather than under live pressure.
