I went through a pretty straightforward process and honestly liked the recruiter I worked with. After the initial recruiter-style touchpoint, the next stages were largely discussions with sales managers, and they were thorough in how they tested fit. The questions felt pointed, like they were really trying to pressure-test how I thought and how I’d perform in the role.
During the process I also heard some candid feedback from current employees about the company’s growing pains, so I had a more realistic view of what the environment was like day to day. Overall, it felt like the interviewers wanted a clear yes and they pushed for it, but I didn’t land an offer.
