I started with a Zoom interview, and then about a day or two later I was flown out for an in-person superday. The travel part was a bit surreal—hotel and the logistics were handled for me—so my attention was mostly on performing well once I got there.
That superday ended up being a full marathon. I had eight interviews across the day, with different people drawn from varying parts of the team, including senior interviewers at VP+ level. The conversations felt structured and fairly consistent: they wanted me to walk through my background clearly and connect it to the work the team actually did.
