Easy Negative Brazil

I went through a Business Analyst interview that left me pretty shaken. The interviewers seemed extremely unprepared and didn’t have a smooth way of steering the conversation. When I asked straightforward questions, they got tangled up trying to answer, and I honestly picked up on a tone that felt like it bordered on mockery rather than professionalism.

What really stood out was the overall vibe: instead of feeling guided or comfortable, it felt like the process was being run by people who weren’t ready to interview. I also noticed a sense of pressure around returning to full in-person work soon, which added to the negative impression. I walked out with a worse view of the bank than I’d had going in.

Easy Positive United States

After my first round interview, I got really strong feedback the same day, which made me feel optimistic. But then I didn’t hear back for a long time, and the silence started to feel off.

I followed up, and they told me they were working on it. Eventually I reached a point where I’d moved on, because I found another job in the meantime.
