I started with a HireVue video interview, then moved to a Superday with three interviews plus a math test. The whole thing felt fairly structured: I remember the HireVue being followed by a couple of weeks where I just waited, and then the Superday came through.
The math test was the part that surprised me most. It included statistics and probability questions—kind of the classic style of problems you’d associate with popular prep resources. On the Superday, the interviews themselves were more about fit and how I’d think than anything wildly unexpected.

Average Positive Mumbai
My process began with a campus-style interview round that felt focused on how I think about markets and how I connect current events to business outcomes. I talked about my interest in following market trends, worked through case studies involving a couple companies in a sector, and we got into how geopolitical events could impact businesses. There were also some basic accounting questions, and it all ended with a discussion of long-term goals and why I was interested in that specific area.
After that, I went through a set of three rounds that stayed mostly behavioral and centered on fit. One round was with HR, then I spoke with a fellow senior analyst, and later I attended a Superday that consisted of three interviews. At the Superday, everything leaned toward behavioral themes like teamwork and collaboration, plus questions that probed motivation—things like why wealth management and related reasoning.
