My experience felt like a pretty standard interview loop, and the biggest thing I noticed was how normal the questions were. I focused on preparing for the usual themes and it showed: my interviews were built around my background, why I was interested in the company, and other motivation-style prompts. The communication felt smooth with a lot of back-and-forth, which made it easier to stay relaxed.
I didn’t run into tough surprises or deep technical grilling. The conversations stayed grounded in fit and situational thinking, and it was more about whether I could explain my experience in a confident way than whether I could solve complicated problems on the spot. Recruiters and interviewers felt supportive, and that made it less intimidating to just talk through my story.

Difficult Neutral Istanbul
My process started with a recorded HireVue that felt much more stressful than the later conversations. It ran close to half an hour and focused on just two prompts, with the format giving me two opportunities to re-record if I didn’t like my first take. I remember thinking that the timing pressure and the self-recording element mattered as much as the content.
After that, I moved into live rounds that still had a similar theme: a VP/ED interview where they covered both motivation and my CV, with a technical component mixed in. I also went through an assessment-style sequence with ED interviews, where each was separate but all oriented around a blend of tech, fit, and background. The overall tone stayed professional and structured, but I felt the biggest test was performing well on the recorded portion under the built-in timing constraints.
