As we went deeper, I got questions tied to how transactions behave across microservices, along with security fundamentals such as role-based access control and Spring Security. I also remember being asked about data handling details—things like what it means to deal with immutable classes and how strings behave in Java using StringBuilder versus StringBuffer. Even the way the role breaks down work versus threading got touched, so it wasn’t only about what I knew, but how clearly I could explain tradeoffs.
