My process started with a recruiter call that immediately felt like it was falling apart. The connection kept dropping, and I couldn’t hear the recruiter most of the time—I kept saying I couldn’t hear, and the conversation dragged on anyway. Eventually the audio seemed slightly better, but it still wasn’t a productive or respectful back-and-forth.
When the call ended, I got the impression they’d check whether I was a good fit and then follow up. I didn’t have a good feeling about it, and as expected I later heard back with a rejection. The biggest surprise wasn’t the decision itself—it was how poor the communication was during the single call that determined the whole process.

Easy Positive Tel Aviv-Yafo
The recruitment process I went through was surprisingly pleasant and professional, even though everything happened over Zoom. It started with an expectations-alignment style call, then I moved into two in-depth technical interviews, and finally there was an HR culture-fit interview to wrap things up. The overall pacing felt organized, and I didn’t feel like my time was being wasted.
That said, I also had a separate on-site experience that stood out for the wrong reasons. The moment I met the interviewer, it was clear the vibe was off—I didn’t even get a proper welcome, and I picked up on dismissive body language and behavior right away. The atmosphere alone made it feel like I wouldn’t be able to connect or make a fair impression.
