After I applied online, I was sent a coding challenge by email. It was scheduled to be completed on a selected date, and I had a limited window—about 24 hours—to finish it. The challenge was JavaScript-focused and felt relatively straightforward compared to harder coding screens, mostly testing whether I could implement the requested program cleanly.
In another similar attempt, the online application was pretty simple and I heard back after a couple of weeks with an online assessment. That one felt moderately difficult for me personally, and I remember thinking that practicing lots of medium-level LeetCode-style problems would have helped.

Average Positive United States
My process felt very structured and pretty smooth from the start. I began with a take-home assignment in JavaScript, then I had a recruiter conversation with some general questions and behavioral questions. After that, I moved into multiple technical rounds, including a set of coding interviews and later a conversation with leadership, ending with a final behavioral-style discussion.
What stood out to me most was the communication. The recruiter was responsive, kept me informed at every step, and the whole timeline felt clear and organized. Even when things took time to line up, it didn’t feel like I was guessing what was happening. The interviewers were professional and asked relevant technical and behavioral questions, and the emphasis in the coding conversations was on writing clean, well-tested code. At one point, a senior engineer personally provided feedback on the take-home, which made the experience feel more respectful and grounded.
