I went through a process that centered heavily on numbers and governance knowledge. The first part was a test focused on quantitative thinking and on corporate governance-related understanding. After that, the interview stage felt more like a personality-and-company-knowledge check than a deep technical grilling.
Overall it hit me as fairly hard for the way it balanced the test and the interview. The test demanded real focus, and the interview still expected me to know enough about what the company does and how I would fit the environment. When I compared the experience to what I’d seen elsewhere, it was less about generic conversation and more about proving I could handle data and governance context.

Easy Positive Philippines
I applied and the whole process felt well managed from the start. After the initial recruiter contact, I moved into a shorter, conversational screening where we just talked through my background and fit. The communication felt professional and organized, and the interviewers came across as relaxed and friendly rather than overly formal.
What stood out was how quickly the steps lined up. For me it was fast and straightforward overall, and I didn’t feel dragged through a maze of interviews. There was a written component as part of the process, and then I got the manager interview soon after. The questions stayed in the lane of my past work and general background rather than getting extremely deep into highly technical details.
