The process felt pretty structured at first, even if the follow-up afterward was rough. I started with an HR round, then moved into technical screening where the focus was more hands-on, and after that I had a manager round. Depending on the situation, a client round could also be part of the flow, so I had to be mentally ready to qualify across multiple conversations.
What stood out most was how “close to an offer” everything sounded. After the interviews, I was told updates would come quickly, with specific timing communicated for the next few days. I ended up submitting documents right away, but communication stalled and I kept chasing through phone calls and messages without getting any clear response.

Average Negative Pune
My interview journey started off like a fairly standard multi-round process: two technical rounds followed by a managerial/client-style discussion. I cleared the early technical parts, and then I reached the client round. That portion didn’t end the process the way I expected—there was a decision that led to me coming back for additional rounds.
After that shift, I did another technical round and then another managerial round. I also experienced a period where paperwork and the next steps were discussed, but the company didn’t follow through consistently afterward, and communication went quiet. Eventually they reached out again with a lower salary than what had been previously discussed, and the explanation came down to having fewer years of development experience—something that had already been visible in my resume from the beginning.
