I went through a pretty technical, assessment-heavy path. It started with an HR/recruiter-style first step that was based on my resume, then I got pulled into a more formal technical screen focused on analytics and reasoning. Some of it was graph-based—I had to work through analysis of line graphs and puzzle-style questions.
After that, I hit rounds that blended data work and logic. I ran into SQL and spreadsheet skills along the way, including Excel and SQL questions and more puzzles, and there was also a standalone aptitude test that covered logical and reasoning components plus comprehension. One of the more distinct parts was a coding question on the simpler side (arrays) paired with company-related discussion. The overall vibe felt average in difficulty, and the interviewers were friendly and helpful while I worked through the questions.

Average Positive India
My process started with an HR screen call and a survey form. After that, I moved into a round that leaned into market research and business understanding, and it felt like it was testing how I thought about the role using what I’d learned through school and prior projects. Between interviews, scheduling felt fairly structured, with gaps of a few days so I could prepare and reset.
Round after round, the questions stayed practical: I was pulled into quizzes and guestimates, plus a handful of SQL-related questions, and there was also discussion of my college experience—what I built, the projects I worked on, and how those mapped to the business. The later stage shifted more toward behavioral fit, where the focus was on how I’d approached teamwork and work situations and what I was motivated by professionally.
