Average Neutral Bengaluru

After a recruiter touchpoint, I ended up going through a short campus-style screening flow with multiple stages: an online OA round, then two more technical and HR-style conversations. The overall process felt fairly straightforward if I put in time to study, but the timing and pool-style competition meant I couldn’t treat it casually.

The technical parts leaned toward applying reasoning rather than just theory, and the HR/hiring-side conversation centered on a case-study discussion alongside the usual fit and behavioral exchanges. I remember leaving those sessions with a positive impression of the people I spoke with—friendly, engaged, and easy to talk to—even when the case work pushed me to think clearly under the structure of the rounds.

Easy Positive Milan

My experience felt smooth and surprisingly pleasant from the start. The recruiter and HR interactions were friendly and responsive, and nothing about the questions felt hostile or overly tricky. I went online, did a first structured conversation to cover my background, and then moved into the more standard interview stages where the focus shifted between fit and role expectations.

The rounds I experienced mixed behavioral questions with at least one case-style element, and I also spent time talking through how I’d handle difficult situations or work through big projects. Interviewers were professional and timely, and the process coordination itself made it feel less stressful than I expected.
