Average Positive Italy

My process started with an HR conversation focused on general principles and how I’d worked with agile-style ideas. It didn’t feel adversarial; it was more about checking how I thought about software work. A short time later I had a technical screen from home through a remote setup, using an exercise on HackerRank. After I completed it, the next round was a deeper technical discussion where they went through what I submitted and then asked follow-up questions.

The later part of the journey emphasized evaluation and fit. I had a stakeholder-style conversation that felt more informative than grilling, and I left it with a sense that the feedback was positive. Even so, the timeline dragged on longer than I expected—over three months from the HR start to the final step—and I ultimately didn’t move forward.
