My first step was a proctored online OA through a Glider AI setup. The descriptions were confusing, which made me spend time just decoding what each part wanted. After that, I had a technical interview online in the same proctored environment, lasting about 60 minutes, where the focus was typical LeetCode-style problem solving.

I answered with brute force during the technical interview, and then I had a recruiter call afterward that lasted around 45 minutes. Even though I went through multiple stages and got to the recruiter touchpoint, I was ultimately rejected, and the whole experience felt dominated by how hard it was to interpret the OA instructions at the start.

I applied online and the whole thing dragged on for about three weeks. After that, I received an online assessment from them roughly a month later, which was the main concrete step I remember from the process.

The OA itself felt relatively hard for me because it was the first one I’d ever done. I didn’t really have much else to go on after that stage, so the experience mostly boiled down to that assessment and waiting.
