Average Positive Atlanta, GA

After an initial HR screening call, my process moved quickly into a first interview that ran about 45 minutes with two interviewers. A second round followed in a similar 45-minute format. What stood out early was how much they focused on how I would operate day to day—bridging between technical and business groups, handling stakeholder management, and keeping documentation clear—along with behavioral questions around how I’d worked in that kind of environment.

The next stage was a heavier, longer session: they expected roughly a three-hour set of in-person interviews with people from different teams. I remember it felt structured around the role’s workflow and the BA strategy side of the job. There was also a technical angle to how my expertise connected to what they needed, so I ended up explaining my background in detail rather than just giving high-level summaries. Even with the longer format, the difficulty felt manageable because the conversations stayed grounded in real work.

Easy Neutral Atlanta, GA

My process was short and mostly ended early. I had a quick airport-style conversation where they checked whether what I was offering matched what they needed. My background had drifted away from the team’s requirements, so it didn’t move forward. The only other thing I ran into was a puzzle-style question that felt fairly easy.

Separately, I also had a screening that was basically straightforward: basic questions about my experience, including what I knew about Snowflake. I didn’t get clear follow-up communication after that, which made the wait feel awkward even though nothing technical went very deep.
