Average Positive Toronto, ON

I had a panel interview with three people, and each interviewer focused on a different area. One was a hardware engineer, another leaned into machine learning, and the third worked on layout design.

The whole panel took about an hour, and the questions were built on top of each other. That “layered” feel made me stay engaged throughout because each answer set up the next question rather than being disconnected.

Difficult Positive Hillsboro, OR

My process was intense in a very particular way: I had multiple screening interviews and then a long day interview that ran for about six hours with the full team. The structure was demanding because it wasn’t just Q&A across separate sessions—it required me to present something and then go much deeper than I expected.

During the long day, I presented the material and the team pushed on it with in-depth questions. It felt like they wanted to see whether I truly understood the work and could defend the reasoning behind it, not just summarize it.
