The way I experienced their process was pretty structured, with HR staying in touch and keeping communication smooth from the recruiter side through to the interview stage. I was able to talk with several key decision makers, and the overall timeline felt like it could move faster if they were clearly interested.

At the same time, I learned that they were stringent about hiring. They had internal preferences, so even if a position appeared open, it didn’t mean it was really available for everyone. The interviews themselves felt fairly average in intensity—mainly discussions with the relevant decision makers—just with a clear sense that the outcome would depend on how strongly I matched what they already had in mind.
